The Balance Mat is a compact cork mat designed for handstands, arm balances, and focused movement. Built for those who train with awareness, it brings stability wherever you move from the living room to the open air.

Hand-crafted in Portugal from natural cork and sustainable rubber, each piece reflects the country’s long heritage of cork craftsmanship. The material is harvested by hand without harming the tree, making it one of the most renewable resources on earth. Naturally antimicrobial and odour-resistant, cork offers a dry, grounded grip that improves with use.

At 3 mm thick, the Balance Mat keeps you close to the floor for control and stability, while remaining thin enough to roll and travel easily.

The centre design features the MOVRA Eye Mandala — inspired by traditional blackwork art and the symbolism of the third eye, or ājñā chakra. It represents awareness, balance, and the quiet witness within.
